Karawang, March 26, 2024 – The development of digital technology is increasingly rapid, thus encouraging people’s behaviour to shop online. MSMEs must be able to adapt to the era of digitalization and need to have effective strategies to increase sales.

Through the MSME Program for Indonesia, INOTEK, in collaboration with the Sampoerna Entrepreneurship Training Center (SETC), has held workshop II in Karawang, as a series of MSME program activities for Indonesia 2024 with the theme “Sales Strategy and Customer Loyalty”.

This workshop was presented with the aim of increasing the turnover of business actors, by instilling understanding and strategies to increase digital sales.
