Cellebration U-Go Scholarship Program

Becoming successful is the dream of every young woman. To achieve success, comprehensive opportunities and strategies are needed so that acceleration of personal competence can be achieved.

INOTEK collaborates with U-Go run U-Go scholarship program as a bridge for young ambitious women to achieve success with their desired goals. In Indonesia, this scholarship ensures that the U-Go program targets the right beneficiaries. The overall goal is that young women with disadvantage economy will be provided with financial assistance to pursue higher education.

On this occasion, INOTEK as a partner of the U-Go Scholarship Program in Indonesia has held a “U-Go Scholarship Program Celebration” which was held on Wednesday, October 25 2023, attended by Tom Monroe as a representative from U-Go Global.

The total number of U-Go scholarship recipients is 271 female students with the location 36% are from Sumatra, 42% from Java, 23% from Eastern Indonesia with various majors, namely medicine, nursing, technology and science, and other important majors that aim to support National development.

The U-Go program is an action to support the achievement of SDG’s number 4. Quality of Education, 5. Gender Equality, 10. Reduced Inequalities, 17. Partnership for the Goals.

Celebrating U-Go Scholarship Program

With U-Go program, we hope to create female leaders who are dedicated to the progress of the nation, able to create job opportunities and have a positive impact on the surrounding environment.

One of the beneficiaries of the U-Go Scholarship Program is Daniella Enjelika Sinaga – Medical Major from Yogyakarta who dreams of helping the Indonesian people by becoming a doctor and providing better health services especially in remote areas where the health system and health education itself is still minimal.
