As part of its Mentoring Program INOTEK Foundation regularly conduct training activities for its incubatees. The purpose of the training is to provide new knowledge and increase capacity of the incubatees so as to enable them to further build their businesses and innovations.

Just recently, INOTEK had conducted its first training in 2015 in Hotel Swissbelinn, Malang on 21-22 January.

The training was focusing on Standardization and Certification and Product Design. Two notable resource persons delivered the training, namely Bambang Setiadi (former Head of the National Standardization Agency) on standardizations and certifications and Chatarina B. Nawangpalupi (Lecturer from University of Parahyangan) on product design.
