INOTEK Foundation in collaboration and with support from PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. (“Sampoerna”) under the “Socially Responsible and Environmentally Sustainable Innovative Entrepreneur Program” (WIBSL) held a series of outreach activities in three cities, namely: Bandung (20 November), Surabaya (25 November) and Malang (29 November). These activities aimed to introduce the program (WIBSL) to relevant entrepreneurs and other stakeholders. The events were also used to identify potential entrepreneurs to participate in the program.

WIBSL Program was officially launched in Yogyakarta on 1 November 2014. The main purpose of WIBSL Program is to provide capacity building and recognition to socially responsible and environmentally sustainable entrepreneurs in 7 cities in Indonesia, namely Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Jember and Palembang.

A total of 120 participants from various backgrounds, including SMEs, business communities, business incubators, government institutions, academics and university students attended these outreach activities.
As part of the program INOTEK will conduct another series of outreach activities for WIBSL Program in Jember, Semarang and Palembang.
